The Project Coordinator’s responsibilities include working closely with our Project lead and Senior Coordinator to prepare comprehensive action plans, including resources, timeframes and budgets for projects. The project coordinator will perform various coordinating tasks, like schedule and risk management, along with administrative duties, like maintaining project documentation and handling financial queries

المسؤوليات والواجبات

Supports in the coordination and management of project activities, resources, equipment and information

Assists with the general project planning and develops its concepts including writing TORs, preparation, organization and moderation of planning exercises and their implementation, monitoring, quality management, evaluation, communication and documentation

Follows up the preparation and implementation of the coordination process, joint project activities and work while expanding the services inside different governorates

Assists in dealing with the design, preparation and implementation of training workshops, seminars and other events on issues connected to the project’s area of activity

Assists in Liaising with clients and target group to identify and define requirements, scope and objectives and ensures that their needs are met

Assists in overseeing the project’s procurement process

Supports in the overall monitoring of project progress and handle any issues that arise

Acts as the point of contact and communicates project status to all participants

Works with the Senior Coordinator to eliminate blockers

Assists in proposing and initiating new and innovative approaches and ideas to enhance the project and platform

Creates and maintains comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports

Compiles relevant information for joint activities and assignments

Performs other duties and tasks at the request of management

الخبرة والمهارات والمؤهلات المطلوبة

Bachelor's degree in business or related field of study

3-4 years of experience in a related field

Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills

Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team

Experience using computers for a variety of tasks

Ability to prepare and interpret flowcharts, schedules and step-by-step action plans

Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management

Strong client-facing and teamwork skills

Familiarity with risk management and quality assurance control

Excellent time management and communication skills

Being a project coordinator in any field requires a lot of problem-solving and multitasking. You’re coordinating multiple aspects of a project in a fast-paced and challenging work environment and communicating all the issues and risks of the project
